LITCHFIELD CAROL SING & HOLIDAY STROLL Join your neighbors and friends for an old fashioned Christmas gathering. The official tree lighting ceremony begins at 5:30 p.m. and then we carol our way through the Cobble Court and Center of town down to the Town Hall to see Santa and his elves.
